Surface - Hardcourt

Tournament dates - Jan. 3-5, 2018. Rain date Jan. 6 if needed.

Match, set and game scoring format: Best 2 of 3 short sets, Regular scoring, with a 9pt. set tiebreaker at 4-4.

All players who register before the deadline (December 30th ) will be included in the staggered entry draw's. Refunds will be issued up until registration closes on December 30th for those that want to withdraw.

$$$ Staggered Entry, level-based tournament with $3,500 total Prize Money. Please click the News section for prize money distribution as well as details of Staggered Entry level-based tournaments.

Players will receive Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) credit for all matches played.

Seeding is based on player UTRs.

Tournament Entry Fee: $75

Minimum number of matches for each player in this tournament: 2 level-based Singles matches minimum (a 3rd singles match is guaranteed if you request it following your second match) and 1 Doubles match minimum.

Maximum number of players for this Tournament: 64

Every effort will be made to accommodate the level of each player.

Coaching allowed by a professional coach who has checked in as a player's coach at first match check in. Coaching can happen at changeover, within the regular pace of play and without verbal interruption.

Prize money:

College players - can accept prize money as long as the money is spent on tournament related expenses prior to December 31st

High School players - can accept up to $10,000 in prize money each year. If $10,000 is exceeded in any given year, any prize money thereafter may only be accepted for up to actual and necessary expenses on a tournament-by-tournament basis.
